Sunwest HOA Architectural Control
Please plan ahead for painting, landscaping, or other architectural changes to your property.
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) meets approximately every two weeks, so you should expect at least 3 weeks turn-around time for a response to your request.

To submit a request please fill in ALL of the requested information in the online form below. More detailed instructions about submitting a Design Review Request can be found here: Instructions. You can attach required plans, drawings, or photos to an email. Or leave hard copies of those documents in the drop box at 325 Conrad Drive. (See instructions below the form.)
If you have electronic copies of your plans and/or drawings you can send them as email attachments using this email link architecture@sunwest-hoa.org

Please print a copy of the form, fill in your information, and put the form and extra pages or drawings (if any) into an envelope and leave it in the letter drop box at the front door of 325 Conrad Drive. Otherwise, you can mail it to:
